SCM Accord 50 fx-m

accord 50 fxm is a 5-axis cnc machining center designed for manufacturing complex-shaped and large-sized objects, meeting the needs of many sectors; from design elements in wood to special applications. The accord 50 fxm cnc machining center has been created for processing solid wood and various types of materials such as glued laminated timber, plywood, chipboard, MDF, plastics, composite materials, resins and light alloys. The structure of this cnc machining center, designed using the best three-dimensional solid modelling systems, is composed of a machine bed and a mobile gantry made of electro-welded steel, guaranteeing the highest quality standards for finishing, efficiency and productivity. Components routing of machine bed are performed on high quality cnc machining centers, with one single positioning operation, in order to assure the very best planarity, perpendicularity and precise tolerances. The control unit is a numeric control interfaced with an industrial PC. The cnc solution with PC combines all of the qualities of numeric controls with the user-friendliness typical of personal computers. The PC allows to use the operator interface Maestro cnc, developed by SCM to make machine programming fast and simple even for the less skilled operator.

SCM olimpic k360 - single sided automatic edge bander - HP version

  The HP version of the Olimpic k 360 single sided edgebander is the reference machine for craft companies. The use of two different glues, Polyurethane and EVA, is possible thanks to the SGP-E glue pot with the anti-adherent plasma treatment and complete with the premelting device for an excellent joint line. The multiedge working units equipped with electronic axes allow an automatic set up of the machine for machining panels with 2 different radii. Special copying devices are fitted in the finishing working units for machining panels coming from Nesting cycle. The Maestro active edge HMI with a 21" Touch screen allows an error free machining and offers an optimal viewing of the information with this single sided edgebander.

SCM gabbiani p80 - automatic single blade beam saw

Gabbiani p80 is the beam saw within everyone's reach with the best price-performance ratio. Speed, accuracy, flexibility and productivity: these are the features that distinguish the new automatic beam saw that is now on the market with many interesting new features: new blade projections of 60 and 80 mm, automatic blade unlocking selector switch (as standard feature), increased motor powers, possibility to manage the peripheral speed of the blade, air blowing table.
